Payment Options
At St. Francis Pet Hospital, we believe every pet deserves access to compassionate, quality veterinary care. Payment is expected at the time services are provided. We understand that unexpected medical needs can arise, and we are happy to discuss available options to help make veterinary care more manageable.
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not offer in-house billing except in special circumstances approved by management.
Flexible payment options are available through Cherry® and CareCredit® . These programs may allow eligible clients to divide veterinary expenses into manageable monthly payments. Applications are quick and can be completed at our hospital or online. We have found that Cherry® tends to have a much higher approval rating than other options.
MooresvilleCherry® Application Centerton Cherry® ApplicationPet insurance can provide valuable peace of mind by helping families make medical decisions based on what is best for their pet rather than financial limitations. There are many pet insurance options available, and while we do not endorse one specific provider, we have found ASPCA and Pumpkin to be two user-friendly and comprehensive programs. We are happy to work with clients who have other pet insurance providers as well.
Our team is committed to partnering with you to develop treatment plans that consider both your pet’s medical needs and your family’s budget.
