1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. We do not bill, except in extenuating circumstances.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express - however there is a 3.5 % fee on all credit cards) checks, & cash.
3. When unexpected illness occurs, unexpected expenses occur as well. Thus, SFPH can make special arrangements through the CareCredit program. The application process is quick, & will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com.
